データ削除の手順

Meta のアプリ「My Ads Tool」

株式会社OOQ(以下「当社」)の「My Ads Tool」は、広告主様が当社のビジネスアカウントに広告アカウントの権限を付与された場合に限り、Meta のマーケティング API を使って、広告アカウント・キャンペーンの設定と成果データ(費用、表示回数、クリック数、購入数など)を取得します。個々の利用者を特定する情報は取得しません。

当社が保存しているデータの削除をご希望の場合

1. お問い合わせフォーム(https://ooq.one/contact)または uchino@ooq.one に、「Meta データの削除依頼」として、会社名・広告アカウント ID をお送りください。

2. ご依頼の方であることを確認したうえで、30日以内に当社が保存しているデータを削除し、完了をご連絡します。

アクセスを止める場合

Meta のビジネス設定(ビジネスポートフォリオの「パートナー」または「アプリ」)から、当社または「My Ads Tool」のアクセスを削除してください。削除後、当社は新しいデータを取得できなくなります。

Data Deletion Instructions

Meta app "My Ads Tool"

"My Ads Tool" by OOQ Inc. ("we") accesses the Meta Marketing API only for ad accounts that advertisers have shared with our business portfolio. It retrieves ad account and campaign settings and performance data (spend, impressions, clicks, purchases, etc.). It does not collect information that identifies individual users.

To request deletion of data we store

1. Contact us via https://ooq.one/contact or uchino@ooq.one with the subject "Meta data deletion request", including your company name and ad account ID.

2. After verifying your request, we will delete the data within 30 days and notify you when it is complete.

To stop our access

Remove OOQ or "My Ads Tool" from your Meta Business Settings (Partners or Apps of your business portfolio). After removal, we can no longer retrieve new data.
